A two-minute National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) video presents a powerful argument against the continued use of the Redskins nickname by the NFL’s Washington franchise.

The video conjures up the old saying, “A picture is worth a thousand words.” Indeed, thousands of words have been written and spoken about why it’s important for NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder to change the Washington DC franchise’s nickname.

However, none of the “anti-Redskins nickname” columns, editorials or speeches have been as strong in the quest to end harmful American Indian mascots and nicknames in the world of sports as this NCAI video.

Take a look and pass it on.
